Fruit jelly cups

Wonderful summer treat! In this recipe you can make your own jelly with fruit juice and agar agar. You could use packet jelly from Zuozuo which has the same result. It is simple and easy.

Ingredients

250g agar agar
1 litre unsweetened fruit juice (To make healthier, substitute for 700ml juice and 300ml water.)
250g mixed berries (or alternative fruit chopped up)

Directions

1.Put the dry agar agar into a bowl of cold water and leave to soften for 5 minutes, then bring to boil until completely disolved. Meanwhile, put the juice into a medium saucepan over a gentle heat, bring to the boil and turn off the heat.

2. Add the agar agar solution to the hot fruit juice and stir until completely dissolved.

3. Pour into 10 glasses and divide fruit among them.

4. Place the glasses on a tray and refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
